As part of the of a commercial shopping center development, BDY conducted a survey of a 32-acre property to identify jurisdictional aquatic resources such as wetlands and streams and to determine the presence or absence of rare, threatened, or endangered (RTE) species. BDY prepared permit applications for proposed impacts to stream and wetland features and developed a stream restoration and enhancement plan for approximate 630 linear feet of stream utilizing natural channel design principals.
